September Monthly Meeting- Mock CDE's and LDE's

Location - Kimberly High School

Our chapter with a group of members will hold a mock CDE and LDE fair in the ag building. Our chapter will display five events from both the CDE and LDE events to show new and incoming members as well as students at Kimberly High School the different options that Kimberly FFA offers. Some of those events include: Meat Evaluation, Food Science and Technology, Prepared Public Speaking, Parli Pro, Milk Quality, etc. The stations will be set up like a mini competition where students are taught about the competition and can do a mini competition to introduce them to different competitions. On the stations will be a sign up sheet where students and members can sign up for practices or reach out to advisors in charge to gather more information. Before the mock fair the chapter will have a meeting that will split into committees to discuss upcoming events such as trap shooting sales and the World Ag Expo.
